SOFT PHONES (KXNCS8100)

£110.00 per user + Vat

This is a telephone which typically is installed on a laptop and used in conjunction with a headset instead of an IP telephone. 

The KX-TDA must have an IP extension card installed for this to work.  A VPN Icon is required on the desktop to allow a "tunnel" to be created with whatever Broadband connection you are currently using (i.e. Hotel, Internet Café).

UNIFIED MESSAGING

£199.00 + Vat + Installation

This allows a voicemail message to be delivered to your email inbox as a "WAV file" attachment. Just click the file to listen to the message. (Requires PC to have sound card and speakers or headset.)

Only available with the VM50 Voicemail (comes as standard on VM200) the cost to add notification of voicemail messages via email is £199.00 + Vat + Installation.

CENTRALISED VOICEMAIL

Price dependant on requirements

If you specify an enhanced SD card when connecting multiple sites together, one voicemail can be used for multiple locations. Although not every feature is available across the link each user will have a mailbox without adding a voicemail system for their site.

This is also required if you require simultaneous ringing between sites.

Enhanced SD cards cost from £300.00 + Vat per site excluding actual cost of VOIP and voicemail.

Please note Centralised Voicemail does not allow remote workers the same feature sets as "on-site" workers.
