CALL RECORDING

The Panasonic integrated Dect Cordless must not be confused with the simple domestic DECT, which is available from £39.00 + Vat. Integrated Dect allows a complete site to be covered by a series of strategically placed cell stations and repeaters.
For a system that handles 2 calls at once and including 1 cell station the cost would be £399.00 + Vat plus installation.
For a system that handles 4 calls at once and including interface card and 1 cell station (KX-TDA100 upwards) the cost would be £848.00 + Vat plus installation.
Both costs include 1 x KXTCA155 Cordless Telephone.

This option works by fully integrating with the telephone system and providing total site coverage by strategic positioning of cell stations throughout the site.

Fixed Cellular Terminals allow mobile inbound and outbound calls to be routed at your mobile to mobile rates. They are also invaluable when there are no other means of obtaining land lines, normally in a temporary situation.
By installing this and assuming low cost or free calls exist between company mobiles all outbound / inbound calls to / from company mobiles and office will be at same rate. All models of the Panasonic KX-TDA allow connections between sites, using VoIP (normally via Broadband or SDSL). This allows free calls between sites extension to extension dialling, busy lamp field, call break out, overflow ringing and centralised voicemail. Some features require an enhanced SD card.
Prices vary depending on the model but as a guide a 4 port VoIP gateway card is £675.00 + Vat per end, excluding installation, routers and Broadband.
It should be noted that the quality of calls can vary unless Quality of Service (QOS) is guaranteed by the Network operator. All costs between sites are Free of Charge. Incoming calls can be diverted or transferred between sites.
