At Budd Communications Ltd. this could not be further from the truth. We are proud of the reputation we have built in providing a solid, fast business telephone maintenance service.

The majority of business telephone systems we specify and install are maintained by our own permanently employed telecoms engineers. They are fully equipped with Trend ISDN2 and ISDN30 testers to allow faults to be quickly and easily diagnosed. We also have the facility to interrogate many systems remotely, where appropriate.

In the event of a system being outside of our maintenance portfolio or the client being outside of our service area we have strategic partnerships throughout the UK to look after our clients wherever their location.
