Panasonic KX-TVM 50 E
The KX-TVM50E voice processing system, from Panasonic, offers up to 64 mailboxes, 4 hours of recording 8 hours optional), can handle a maximum of 6 simultaneous calls.
MODES OF SERVICE
PERSONAL MAILBOX
These take messages for individual users. Users are also able to configure a custom menu of options for callers to follow allowing calls to be routed to another extension or, for example, a mobile phone.
AUTO ATTENDANT MODE
Press 1 for sales, 2 for accounts etc.
RECEPTIONIST BACK UP MODE
i.e. will answer calls during normal hours if your staff cannot answer personally.
NIGHT SERVICE MODE
This will give an out of hours message plus other options.
HOLIDAY MODE
This will give a special holiday message (i.e. Christmas opening hours).
MESSAGE FORWARD MODE
Can forward messages to a mobile on any other number.
EMAIL INTEGRATION
If required, messages can be forwarded to your e-mail address as attachments.
2 WAY RECORDING FACILITY
Digital telephones can be set to record calls at a touch of a button (6 minute segments).
LIVE CALL SCREENING MODE
Calls to your DDI can be monitored before deciding if you want to answer.
