In Bristol Budd Communications have 15 staff but as Budd are now part of the IGC Group the office in Southport has a further 19 staff. Group turnover for this year is expected to be in excess of £3.6 million. Budd began life as a telecom consultancy in 1990 and the IGC Group were founded back in 1975.
Our Engineers, employed, rather than sub-contracted, are chosen as much for their people skills as their engineering ability. In addition to being manufacturer trained on telephone systems they are also fully approved Mayflex and Hellerman Tyton (formerly R.W. Data) voice and data network installers. We have invested in the latest ISDN and CAT 5E testers to ensure our engineers are fully equipped to test and diagnose equipment or telecommunication network faults.
We realise there is more to telecom solutions than simply specifying and installing a system. All our company procedures from sale, installation, project management and maintenance are automated on the very latest Microsoft Dynamics V4 CRM system.
